Management: We work with the owner to establish the market rent, show the property, screen applicants, provide all lease documents, conduct move in inspection/property condition report, collect rent, deposit, and move in fees, conduct periodic inspections, schedule routine maintenance, we are on call 24/7 for tenant emergencies, renew tenant leases, and conduct move out inspection.  We offer ACH payments to owner's bank account of monthly rental proceeds, owner portal access, year end statement and 1099-MISC for tax purposes.
