About Us

With over 25 years of experience in the Property Management Business, New Heights Property Management was founded in 2023 by Nancy Gilmore.  We proudly serve all of Snohomish County, Washington and are conveniently located in Lake Stevens. 

We specialize in residential single family homes and small multi unit buildings.  We are members of the Rental Housing Association of WA (RHAWA) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
