About Us

New Heights Property Management was founded in 2023 by Nancy Gilmore.  Nancy has been in the Property Management Industry since 1997 and puts her experience into action for property owners and tenants alike.  We proudly serve all of Snohomish County, Washington and are conveniently located in Lake Stevens. 

We specialize in residential single family homes and small multi unit buildings.  We are proud members of the Rental Housing Association of WA (RHAWA) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).  We attend monthly trainings/meetings and stay up to date on Washington's constantly changing Landlord Tenant Laws.  We are also licensed Real Estate Agents specializing only in Property Management.
